- Advertising and Promotion - We create a comprehensive marketing plan considering each aspect of the estate. An advertising campaign typically includes local, regional, or national advertising, including print advertising, direct mail marketing, and internet marketing.
- Sale and Settlement - The actual sale of the estate's assets might take place on a specific date or over a determined period of time, depending on the methods of sale chosen for the real or personal property. All funds received from the sale of assets are held in escrow until timely settlement is made to the estate.
